Founder and Director of Lever Learning

Extensive experience in executive coaching led Emma to found Lever Learning and create Turning Learning into Action®

Prior to running her own business, Emma excelled in roles as a buying and merchandising specialist with leading UK retailers such as Next PLC and Debenhams, where she acted as a strategist and coach to her team.  Under her leadership the team exceeded their performance expectations and achieved sales results well above their £10 million budget.

Emma took these skills into the arena of management consulting and executive coaching where she is committed to helping clients achieve substantially better results from learning and development activities through the support programs she has developed.

Emma, an internationally accredited coach, also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Leeds.

Deb brings a wide range of business, marketing and people management experiences to the Lever Learning team, building on her previous roles as the National Promotions Manager for Buspak Advertising and various senior roles in the hospitality industry in the UK and Greece.

As a co-facilitator for the Certificate IV course in Business and Workplace Coaching, Deb is able to share her well-respected expertise.  Committed to her communities, Deb works with the International Coach Federation, fundraises for the National Breast Cancer Foundation and presents the ‘Possibilities’ radio show on community station 2SSR.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and is an accredited coach with the Coaching Academy of Australia, as well as an associate with Evolution Learning and Open Door Coaching Group.

Maree brings many years international and local experience in education, coaching and business development to Lever Learning.

Her previous roles as regional manager and lead trainer for a global coach training company have fostered her expertise in project design, team management, communications, IP sales advances and brand enhancement.  Over the course of her career she has worked on assignments for blue chip clients such as Coles Myer, Monash University, QBE, EDS and ABC Radio.

Maree holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Hons), a Diploma of Education, certificates in business planning, operations and management and is accredited by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.

 

Hilary Chatterton

Hilary began her own coaching practice in 1999 and has coached many senior managers, CEOs and professionals, particularly in advertising and marketing.  She has been working with Lever Learning since September 2009, coaching entrepreneurial business owners.

A large part of her career prior to coaching was in advertising inAustralia,United KingdomandSouth Africa, working in account management and handling some of the world’s leading brands.  Advertising agencies included JWT, FCB, D’Arcy and George Patterson.

As a Member Services Manager at the Australian advertising industry body – AFA, she was co-convenor of its Mentoring Program for Women in Advertising for five years, including mentoring/coaching individual mentees.  She re-designed the program to become the highly successful AFA Leadership Coaching Program. Both programs were regarded as major contributory factors in increasing the proportion of women in senior management from 7% in 1994 to 27% in 2006.

Erica Bagshaw is an inspiring and dynamic coach who combines practical hands-on business experience with an extraordinary ability to encourage individuals and teams to bring out their best performance. She has a wide ranging corporate background in ITManagement, Business Systems Analysis, Sales and Recruitment Consulting. She has held National Business Development roles managing large bid processes and mentoring management teams through cultural change programmes.

Through her experience coaching and facilitating at companies such as Staffit, Nestlé, Globe, MLC, NAB and Ray White, Erica has seen that business large and small can struggle to maintain the pace required to fulfill their vision. She sees that bridging the gap between intention and implementation at the end of a training process is an effective way to assist companies in moving towards their vision.

Erica has a strong belief in the power of the human mind and is passionate about encouraging people to harness their full potential.  She has developed and provided educational seminars and workshops teaching thinking strategies to improve results including goal setting, productivity improvement, time management, work/life balance and stress management.

Alison brings a unique combination of international corporate experience, psychotherapy background and a lively, energetic style.

She prides herself in supporting clients to not only change their behaviour but also more deeply understand what drives their behaviour.

Alison has gained experience over 18 years of extensive senior level engagements within Australia and the United Kingdom in industries such as Financial Services (including Insurance Australia Group and Royal Bank of Scotland), Hospitality, Retail (including Sainsburys Supermarkets & Boots the Chemists), and Manufacturing. Her focus has been on developing managerial capability within organisations and supporting the behavioural aspects of Change Management.

Across her work Alison supports individuals to grow self-awareness of their own behaviour, so enabling more conscious choice of useful and healthy behaviour which will grow self-worth and support achievement of potential. She is an expert coach and facilitator and enjoys seeing clients maximise their learning opportunities through sustained behavioural change.

 

Andrew Deller Fellow of the CIPD, Graduate, Academy of Executive Coaching

Andrew is an exceptional coach, seasoned Leader, and a Human Resources professional with International experience in people development, design and delivery of People related infrastructure and change, and commercial exposure. His experience spans Financial Services, both in the UK, Middle East and Africa, and extends to the engineering, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and automotive sectors, a leading UK health Charity and a world famous higher education institution.

Understanding the ‘operational landscape’ for individuals is critical to Andrew’s approach to his work, whether it be Executive Coaching, strategic people change management, or leadership development that is required.  His last Corporate role saw him leading and developing a new, geographically diverse team of 80, delivering people, process and technology change to an HR function supporting 7,000 employees in Africa and the Middle East.

Andrew’s Corporate and Consultancy experience includes restructuring businesses, developing and implementing performance management models, Executive and line management coaching at all levels, organisational design, and designing and delivering Development Programmes with teams and individuals – all in support of business change.

 

Theresa Hackett, Chartered Member of CIPD

With over 20 years experience in coaching, Theresa brings a breath of experience working with senior managers and leadership teams across a range of FSTE 100 companies within the UK, across Europe and Africa.

During the last 10 years Theresa has primarily focused on supporting senior managers to develop their authentic leadership style and become fully effective leaders.  She has had the privilege of working with literally hundreds of senior managers across companies such as Sage, Experian, Fujitsu, AstraZeneca, HBOS, BBC, DVLA, Bridon, Barnardo’s, BMW and Links of London.

Previously, Theresa established a successful and varied career in Financial Services. She led teams of various sizes across a range of disciplines from sales to service to training departments to large scale project management, all with the primary focus being on developing people to perform at their highest level and deliver great results.

Theresa is a certified NLP practitioner and coach.

 

Juliet Hammond MSc Economics & Econometrics, MBA, Graduate Diploma Psychology

Juliet brings to Lever Learning 15 years experience working in strategic roles both within businesses including Unilever and Dell and in consulting in the US, UK and Australia. Since completing her Psychology studies in 2007 Juliet has combined her interest in strategy with her passion for enabling others to achieve their goals through an understanding of both business drivers and personal motivators.

Juliet applies her analytical approach to our impact measurement business – helping clients to demonstrate the real impact on their business of changes made by staff following training intervention. This can take many forms, depending on client needs, including: surveys to guage overall impact, case studies to share success stories, and ROI to demonstrate financial payback of training programs.

Julie has a master’s degree in Economics and Econometrics, an MBA from Boconni Business School in Milan, Italy and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is accreddited in MBTI and DISC psychometric tools and a specialist in the Gallup Strengthsfinder tool.

 

Keke Quei

With strong background in business optimization through process improvement and change management, Keke’s passion and focus is on Sustainability and Social Development delivered with facilitated action learning coaching projects & social network technologies.

Keke facilitates Action Learning & Coaching Projects, as well as Strategic Management and Planning processes with Future Search, AGILE, Appreciative Inquiry & Participative Strategic Planning Approaches, and with her many innovatively design interventions.  Keke is part of the SOL and works with Peter Senge at his yearly China Executive Champion Workshop on sustainable organizational development and learning.  Keke is also part of Future Search Network and practiced 50+ searched with corporations in the Asia Pacific region since 2004..

Keke has been the advocate for Women Leadership, and is active in promoting and facilitating various women’s networks
